-Kérdés? Megjegyzés? Nincs? Nagyon meglepődtem azon, hogy az egyetemi diákokat itt Magyarországon hallgatóknak hívják. Nagyon megijesztett, hogy ti csak hallgatni tudtok
–mondta Feldmár András magyar származású, Kanadában élő pszichológus egy magyarországi egyetemi diákokkal való találkozásáról a 1990-es évek elején. Ez a hozzáállás a mai napig nem sokat változott, és a művészeti képzésre is jellemző. A Magyar Képzőművészeti Egyetemen is a 19. századból örökölt mester-tanítvány viszonyban folyik az oktatás. Kevés vendégtanárt hívnak meg, az oktatási rendszer nem támogatja a tutori modellt. A tutorok ugyanis nem hagyományos értelemben tanítanak, nem egyfajta lezártnak tekinthető, megkérdőjelezhetetlen tudásanyagot adnak át, hanem konzulensként folyamatos dialógusban állnak a diákokkal. Ezzel az uralkodó tradicionális szemlélettel magyarázható, hogy a képzés során miért szereznek a művészdiákok kevés tapasztalatot a saját munkájukra való reflektálás és az ön-menedzsment terén.

Lázár Eszter, kurátor, a Magyar Képzőművészeti Egyetem munkatársaként az intézmény nemzetközi programjainak – csereprogramok, kiállítások, workshopok – szervezésében szerzett tapasztalatai alapján az utóbbi két évben olyan projekteket hoz létre, amelyek a művészeti képzés újragondolására teremtenek platformot mind a diákok, mind a tanárok részére. Ez a megközelítés azért hiánypótló, mert az önreflexió, a saját kulturális helyzet és pozíció kritikus vizsgálata Magyarországon ritka jelenség. Emellett fontos az is, hogy mindez egy oktatási intézmény keretein belül történik, esélyt adva ezzel a diákoknak is az önreflexív magatartás elsajátítására. Ezen szándék megvalósítása nem egyszerű feladat, egy-egy workshopon való részvételre szinte lasszóval kell fogni a résztvevőket, akik idegenkednek a nem hagyományos, esetleg nem kreditszerző eseményektől. A tanárokat egyelőre még lasszóval sem lehet részvételre bírni…

Az egy éve bemutatott Elképzelések egy fiktív akadémiáról című kiállítás és előadás-sorozat a művészképzés aktuális formáit térképezte fel, különféle nemzetközi, alternatív intézményi és oktatási modelleket mutatott be. A most záruló Low holland-flamand fesztivál keretében Láthatósági Viszonyok kiállítás és workshop-sorozat a tavalyi projektnél egy lépéssel tovább ment. Olyan művészeket hívtak meg workshopokat tartani, akik az oktatás hierarchikus formáin túllépve nem szokványos tudáscsere formákat ajánlottak a diákoknak. Az egyetem kiállítóterme, a Barcsay-terem nem pusztán kiállítóhelyként működött, hanem a workshopoknak teret adva, folyamatosan bővülő archívummá vált. Marjolijn Dijkman, rotterdami képzőművész például arra tett javaslatot az általa vezetett workshop résztvevőinek, hogy az egyetemet és környékét turistaként fedezzék fel. Inga Zimprich német művész megalapította a Láthatatlan Egyetemet és további művészeket hívott meg, hogy alapítsanak tanszékeket. Egy tanszéki oktató más tanszék hallgatója is egyben. A „szellemvadász”, a poszt-autonómia”, a „tanulás” tanszékei mellett Inga megalapította saját „gyakorlati” tanszékét, amely a budapesti workshopon arra ösztönözte a diákokat, hogy maguk határozzák meg, hogy miből akarnak diplomát szerezni. A tanszék honlapja szerint „Azzal fogjuk kezdeni, hogy elmondunk mindent, amit eddig csináltunk az életünk során” .
Micsoda lila baromsagok! Az intezmenykritika azt jelenti, hogy ugy kritizalom az intezmenyeket, hogy nem valtoztatom meg oket. A kritikus kezdemenyezesek itt nem az egyetem reformjat celozzak, hanem vicces kikapcsolodast nyujtanak a liberalis diakoknak. Igazabol nem nyujtanak fenntarthato alternativat, es nagyon vigyaznak, hogy “kritikajuk” veletlenul se avatkozzon bele az egyetem mindennapi eletebe.

Nyilvan ez a magyar oktatasi rendszer allapotaval magyarazhato es sajnos az eselyegyenloseg teren tobb testhosszban merheto hatranyt jelent nekik mar az indulasnal.
